Policy on Returns

With the exception of accessories, purchases can be returned within 24 hours after delivery, with a receipt or proof of purchase. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with all items intact. Otherwise, the customer forfeit return and no refund will be granted.



Final sale item(s) are not returnable. Only regular priced items may be refunded

After making the return request, you must email us a photo of the problem/defect.

If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a store credit or coupon will be issued. There will be no cash refund.

All exchange requests will be processed as refunds. Exchanges are not offered at this time. If you want to exchange a product, you must return it for a refund and place a new order.

Cancellation of an Order

If you cancel your order within 12 hours after purchase, you will receive a full refund.
Orders canceled after 12 hours but before delivery are subject to a 10% cancellation charge. If the purchase has already been dispatched, we will NOT accept an order cancellation request. After such time, cancellation requests will be processed as refunds.
